On 1 October, we will meet in Sibiu for a day of open discussions about where we stand as a subdivision, what is working well, where reality differs from our plans and what we can do next. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory.
You will have the opportunity to present an update on your Business Unit, including the 9+3 forecast, reality versus planning, the main reasons for any deviations and the measures you are taking to address them.
We will also look at the key priorities shaping our work across Division 6K, as well as the Lighthouse objectives we are continuing or developing for the next period.
