Accommodation

Accommodation for the evening of 12 December must be arranged individually by each colleague through ONESTO, following the standard internal travel procedures.

Room allocation rules apply as follows:

  • Single room: eligible for colleagues at hierarchy levels 1–2
  • Twin room: applicable for colleagues at hierarchy levels 3–5

Check-in: from 3:00 PM on 12 December
Check-out: by 10:00 AM on 13 December

Breakfast and any additional expenses depend on the chosen hotel and will be covered directly by each colleague through their ONESTO reservation.

No central rooming list will be issued.
