Doors Open: 7:00 PM
Official Start: 8:00 PM

Welcome Speeches & Formal presentations: 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM
During the speeches, the doors will remain closed. Guests arriving late will be seated only after the speeches conclude.

Gala Dinner (Buffet, self-service) opens after the speeches conclude: 8:15 PM

Open Bar with unlimited soft drinks, beer, wine, and coffee are included. Alcohol is prohibited after 1.00 AM.

Entertainment & Music Program: From 9:15 PM

Event Concludes: 3:00 AM... or maybe 4:00 AM
